FHE pumpkin carving, they all picked out a pumpkin, James found the biggest one they had, Autumn just wanted a little one, and Heather got a medium one.

We let the kids draw their own faces on, then Doug cuts them out the best he can. Heather made a cat this year.

Heather's first book report! For the report, they have a written section, an oral presentation, and they were supposed to decorate a pumpkin like one of the characters in the story. Heather read the Big Apple Barn series, about horses, so this was our attempt at making a brown horse out of pumpkins (the glue is still not dry yet in this pict)
